Built by Dealers.
For Dealers.

Floorless is the dealer-first intelligence platform that gives franchise networks the tools to control aged auto inventory, reduce carrying costs, and move capital before it's too late.

The Problem

Franchise dealers operate inside structures they didn't design. The OEM controls allocation. The Fed sets the rate. The lender controls the spread — and when you need to start paying down the vehicle, and by how much. The market controls demand. The one thing dealers do control is how they deploy capital.

And that capital gets bled every day from a million different places. You're chasing documents to get contracts funded. You're calling the customer who bounced a check. The one who disputed a charge on a repair bill. Every dollar is under pressure — so tying capital up in an unsold vehicle is reckless. You can't control the interest environment. You can control whether you give them principal.

We track over 293,000 vehicles across 1,500+ dealerships in six metro markets. The number we keep coming back to: $4 billion in capital exposure sitting in aged inventory. Every day those units sit, they generate carrying costs that come directly out of dealer working capital — the same capital that funds payroll, parts inventory, and daily operations.

The process to recover that capital doesn't exist. The network has the answer — nobody built the infrastructure to use it. Until now.

The Team

CS

Charlie Sectish

CEO & Chief Product Officer

In eighteen months, Charlie watched a $5 million, 150-unit new car inventory become a $10 million, 225-unit inventory. The floorplan rate went from roughly 3% to 7.4%. Supply chain issues were over — but the demand-driven pricing didn't recede. Every car was $50,000. And demand was waning. The floorplan expense line stopped being a credit. It became an expense that increased exponentially — and it hasn't stopped. You can't control the interest environment. You can control whether you give them principal. He didn't have an answer for that. So he left the desk on January 31, 2025, and built one.

Eighteen years across five franchise brands. Every role from sales consultant to General Manager. It's all he knows — and it's exactly why the platform works the way it does.

Thirteen months later — Floorless is the answer. Charlie owns all dealer-facing activity — outreach, demos, pilot relationships, product strategy, and the data pipeline that keeps 293,000+ vehicles current across six metros. Every feature in the platform traces back to a real conversation with a real dealer about a real problem.

AG

Anthony Genovese

Chief Technology Officer

Tony joined Floorless as co-founder and CTO after building WasteVision AI from concept to production — an on-truck AI contamination detection platform serving enterprise customers with 15-20x ROI. He led the engineering organization to ISO 27001 certification, designed the distributed server architecture, and partnered with Keymakr for advanced video and image annotation at scale.

His role at Floorless is to transform a working prototype into a production-grade platform. That means deployment infrastructure, testing and CI/CD pipelines, API design, AI/ML engineering for the Perry intelligence engine, and the security architecture required to handle dealer financial data responsibly.

Tony's contribution is technical leadership and sweat equity. His engineering decisions determine whether a demo becomes a product — and whether a product becomes a platform dealers rely on every day.

$4 billion in capital trapped in aged inventory across the networks we track. Every day it sits, the carrying cost comes out of the same account as payroll. Nobody built the infrastructure to help dealers see where that capital is stuck — or act at the last responsible moment to protect it.

We did. Floorless gives dealers the intelligence to see their exposure, benchmark against franchise peers, and act before carrying costs, curtailment gates, and forced payoffs turn a manageable problem into a cash crisis.

Your capital is trapped. Your network has the answer. We built the infrastructure to use it.
